Why We Updated the CSA Membership

2025 was our pilot year for the CSA discount model, and we learned a lot. CSA members visited more often and shopped more with us, which we absolutely loved.

We also learned an important lesson: the level of discount we offered last year meant we were actually losing money on the program. That isn’t sustainable for a small family farm that still needs to pay staff, grow more food, and keep the lights on.

To keep CSA Memberships going—and to keep Elliot Farm strong—we’ve moved to one simple, sustainable option that still offers real savings.

How the 2026 CSA Membership Works

 

• One membership per household: Household = family members living together

• Annual fee: $89 for the 2026 season

• Discount: 15% off eligible farm stand purchases all season

• How you redeem: Enter your phone number at checkout and your discount is applied automatically

• Not store credit: Your fee unlocks the discount; it does not act as preloaded money on your account
