Elliot Farm Tools is a simple internal app we use to manage our own Facebook Page and Instagram account — scheduling posts and keeping up with messages from our community.
Do we store your personal data?
In short: no. Our app only accesses and manages content on our own Elliot Farm social media accounts. We do not collect, store, or retain personal data from the people who visit or interact with our pages.
If you've sent us a message or commented on one of our posts, that information lives on Facebook's or Instagram's own servers, governed by Meta's privacy policy — not ours. To delete that data, you would do so directly through your Facebook or Instagram account settings.
How to request data deletion
If you believe we may have stored something related to you, or if you have any concern you'd like us to look into, please contact us directly and we'll do our best to help:

We'll respond within a reasonable time, look into your request, and confirm what (if anything) we have and what steps we've taken.
Deleting your Facebook or Instagram data
For data held by Facebook or Instagram directly, you can manage that through your account settings on those platforms:
